It's that time of year again...

I think Bryan and Aubrey probably picked 300 of these babies. Hopefully we will find a few more. Weather has been crazy this year so who knows what will happen.

Um... what exactly do you do with these morels?

You can batter them and fry them, and they are wonderful. I have been told they are a very exspensive mushroom. I have stuffed them with cheese and jalapenos and fried them and they are sooo good.
